We’ve received reports of scammers impersonating “FieldRoutes Merchant Services.” They are contacting users by phone and requesting sensitive information or documents via email, often under the false claim that a credit is owed. FieldRoutes and our trusted partners will never request financial documents, login credentials, social security numbers, or bank account details through unsolicited calls or emails.

If you are contacted, do not provide information, click suspicious links, or open attachments. End the call immediately and report the attempt to FieldRoutes Support at paymentsupport@fieldroutes.com or (833) 768-8371.
